We have exciting news to share.
The Elmont Excelsior is proud to present, Meet the Author: A Conversation with Sophia Sunshine Vilceus, happening exclusively on Saturday, January 23rd, 7 o’clock PM at The Sanctuary Church in Elmont.
Join us with your friends for an evening of appreciation for and in-depth analysis of the Elmont native’s best-selling Christian faith book, “The Last Pew: Journeying Back to God’s Will After An Affair.”
This event is free and open to the public.
Hosted by Karl Valere of The Elmont Excelsior, the soiree will feature book signings, an interactive Q&A session with the audience and a live reading of an excerpt from the book chosen by Miss Vilceus herself.
On October 13th, 2015, The Last Pew was released with Hunter Heart Publishing. With the unwavering support of the Elmont community, the book peaked on Amazon’s Best-Selling charts in its first week!
The story is an honest, transparent, and appropriate narrative written with the hopes of providing its reader with a different take of who the “other woman” is. It is proof that the “other woman” can, in fact, be a woman of God, who is fervently loved, who got lost while on her walk with Christ. At its core, The Last Pew is a story of redemption and finding purpose after sin.
Also, don’t miss out January 16th as we debut #AskSophia, an opportunity for readers to pose questions about the book to our Facebook page.
We look forward to partnering with Sophia Vilceus and The Sanctuary Church in Elmont, as well as sharing such a great story by way of this event with the Elmont community.
