On Saturday March 14th, a rainy afternoon did not stop an audience full of girls, young ladies, women and community members from packing the Elmont Memorial Library Theatre for the 3rd Annual Women’s HERstory Month Celebration organized by Girls PRIDE Project.
The event featured inspiring dance performances, musical selections, poetry, motivational speakers and more — all in celebration of phenomenal women.
